When Pigs Fly!

Ingredients:

Pork Loin, Cream Cheese, Goose Poop, BACON, garlic powder, season salt, olive oil!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Split pork loin (not in half, just enough to stuff) and stuff center of split loin with cream cheese and Goose Poop.  Close, coat with garlic powder and season salt. Wrap pork with bacon and secure with toothpicks.Take your olive oil and coat well.  Place in a 9x13 pan and bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until pork reaches about 155°.  Make sure the bacon is really done.  Remove and wrap in foil.  Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.  (FYI: We used regular bacon, but my mom loves this with Maple Bacon, to add to the sweetness!)
