Brie & Goose Poop Pastry



  • 1 jar Goose Poop (Spicy or Mild)
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 wheel Brie (Casing cut off around the sides if you want to) OR 1 log Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Box of your favorite crackers
  • Pam
  • Pie Dish


Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of pie dish with Pam.  Roll out crescent roll flat on/over pie dish(it will hang off a bit on the edges). Place Brie or Cream Cheese in center and smother with Goose Poop (maybe 1/2 the jar or a little more).  Fold the edges of the crescent roll toward the center so the Cheese and Goose Poop is covered.  Brush this with the beaten egg.  Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until the edges begin the brown.  Serve with your favorite crackers!
