Goos-ied Up Stir Fry

  • Stir Fry Veggies of your choice (i.e.: snow peas, onions, carrots, mushrooms, baby corns, water chestnuts, bok choy... or a frozen bag from the freezer section)
  • 2 cups chopped meat of your choice (chicken, shrimp, steak or pork
  • 1/2 Jar Goose Poop or Gringo Goose Poop
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

In a bowl, combine Goose Poop with Garlic and Soy Sauce.  Once mixed, add extra virgin olive oil to a hot skillet or wok.  Add protein of your choice (I like Chicken but Steak or Shrimp works great too... even Pork!) and toss, letting it start to brown on all sides.  After 5-7 minutes (meat is pretty much cooked thru) throw in the veggies and continue to toss 3-4 minutes. Our flock likes crunchy veggies but if you like them softer, give them a couple more minutes. Add the saucy mixture and toss and simmer 2-3 more minutes, sampling frequently to make sure its as delicious as it was the first time you tasted it.   Serve on a bed of white or brown steamed rice, or even quinuo (hey, we love love love that stuff!  But maybe its the Goose Poop that makes it rock!).
