It all started when I had my first bite of Goose Poop Cornbread…

It was so perfectly moist, and so simple to make! When I stumbled on our old family corn casserole recipe (that ALSO called for a box of Jiffy), I had to try it! If you are in charge of bringing a side to any family occasion, we have your wingman RIGHT HERE!

INGREDIENTS:

1 box of JIFFY

1 can creamed corn

1 can regular sweet corn, drained

1 stick salted butter, melted

8 ounces sour cream

1/3 jar Gringo Goose Poop

Preheat oven to 350. Add Jiffy, creamed corn, corn, melted butter, sour cream and Gringo Goose Poop to the bowl, and MIX WELL. Lightly spray your casserole dish, add your ingredients and bake for 50-60 minutes. ENJOY!
