Put some KAPOW in your Fish Fry Fridays! Our tartar sauce for dipping adds a special flavor that we can't stop HONKING about!

• 1 cup mayo (we use the light kind, but use your flock's favorite!)
• 1 heaping Tablespoon of Goose Poop, or add more to your liking
• The juice of 1/2  lemon (careful to discard seeds)
• 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix well.  The longer this recipe has time to sit, the better it tastes.  Feel free to double or triple size depending on how CRAZY your flock goes... BEST YET!
