8 ounces cream cheese, diced
1/2 jar Goose Poop
1/2 cup sour cream
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cheddar jack cheese (monterey jack or pepper jack is fine too)
salt + pepper to taste
Add cream cheese, Goose Poop, sour cream, garlic, and cheddar jack cheese into the slow cooker. Allow the dip to cook on the low setting for 2.5 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes. Use a small whisk to help remove any lumps. Serve warm with pretzels, tortillas, veggie chips, veggie sticks, and pita chips.
